About the Green Builder Vision House
Green Builder Media has joined forces with national award-winning builder Tim O’Brien Homes to design and construct a group of homes in Milwaukee’s Village of Sussex in the Vista Run neighborhood.
For both building professionals and consumers, the homes will demonstrate how to optimize performance, sustainability, health and wellness, intelligence, and resiliency at an attainable price point.

EverStrand carpet was chosen for the bedrooms and loft, where soft surfaces will help dampen noise while providing soft comfort underfoot. Utilizing recycled materials, the EverStrand line is made from postconsumer plastic bottles, helping to divert around 6 billion bottles a year headed for our oceans, waterways, and landfills.
